There are over 10,000 species of birds in the world today, some common, some not so common! This site is dedicated to all of them. Over the last few years I have been lucky enough to travel the world and have opportunity to spend some time with. and photograph, our fine feathered-friends.
This site tries to provide a reference point for all the species that I have been fortunate enough to photograph. At the time of going live with this site, my photographic species count stands at 700 and counting.
Use the Species menus (both scientific and English) to see which birds are documented already, or alternatively use the search function.
Please visit regularly and follow the update posts as new species and new photographs are added.
